Sumit Kumar Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant and has over two decades of experience in the field of Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning and specializes in Mining, Steel, Infrastructure and Power Sector. A financial advisor to various mid-market enterprises across sectors, partnering and nurturing them into bigger enterprises. He began his career with Microsec Capital Limited and as Head of Corporate Finance division handled various assignments as diverse as fund raising, corporate restructuring, M&A’s, loan syndication, besides other corporate advisory services.
Rachana Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant and has over a decade of experience in the field of Merger & Acquisition, Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Debt Restructuring & alignment and specializes in Real Estate, Steel, Sugar, Cement, Auto-Ancillaries, Infrastructure and Power Sector. She began her career with Deloitte where she handled statutory and management audits, compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act. From Deloitte she moved to E-serve International (100% subsidiary of Citibank), where she handled operations of the Asset based financing business of Citigroup. During her stint with E-serve she handled areas like Risk and Control Management, Securitization and Portfolio Purchase, Operations of Leasing and Loan business.
